Name

hw_getobjectbyftquerycollobj — Executes a full-text search on a collection and returns the object records and statistics of matching objects.

Synopsis

array hw_getobjectbyftquerycollobj(hw_link, collection_id, query, max_hits); resource hw_link: Connection ID to Hyperwave server int collection_id: Object ID of collection in which to search string query: Search query (full-text query syntax) int max_hits: Maximum number of hits to return

Returns

Indexed array of object records; FALSE on error

Description

hw_getobjectbyftquerycollobj() executes a full-text query on the descendants of the collection given by collection_id and returns an indexed array of the object records of any matching objects. If max_hits is -1 all hits are returned; otherwise, the search stops after finding max_hits hits.

The last element of the array returned is an associative array containing statistics about the found objects.

If no matching objects are found, the returned array contains only the statistics array.
