How to schedule automatic spidering using windows schedule task utility
Can someone plz highlight the steps to automate spidering on a daily basis in windows 2000 server

First check out the Windows Task Scheduler (a how-to is here). If you cannot use Windows Task Scheduler, try one of the following programs:
http://www.kalab.com/freeware/cron/cron.htm http://cronw.sourceforge.net/ http://www.visualcron.com/ As I haven't used any of those programs, I cannot recommend one over another.
