problem with config.php with line 109

Hello,

I use phpdig 1.8.9.

And I downloaded the zip.

And then I was in includes/_connect.php.

And I put the infos of my base.

Then I put my site on my waiter by ftp.

And I was in HTTP://monsite/phpdig/admin/install.php and there one put to me:
Fatal error: Cal to undefined function: mb_eregi () in /includes/config.php one line 109

Can one help me???
