I just want to index main sites

Hi I'm new to phpdig and i would like to index just main sites
If I give him for example http://apache.org to search I don't want him to index http://apache.org/something/ if I enter depth 3 just skip all those with apache in name and follow to other links (like php.net which is there).

PhpDig isn't set up to spider just index pages across multiple domains. You could try to set PHPDIG_IN_DOMAIN to true, set the else part of the phpdigCompareDomains function to true, and then utilize this thread.
