In search_function.php find:

Code:

$title_message = phpdigMsg('s_results');

And replace with:

Code:

$title_message = stripslashes(phpdigMsg('s_results')." ".phpdigMsg('on')." ".htmlspecialchars($query_string,ENT_QUOTES));
