Indexing different encodings and languages

Hi there! That would be great if next versions of phpdig would accept indexing of different languages and encodings.

Configuring phpdig for others encodings than iso-8859-1 and iso-8859-2 has been successfully done (see topics in the how-to forum for Cyrillic, Greek...)

It is also possible to retrieve the language using the meta tag Language, the domain name extension (ex: Japanese for .jp, .co.jp, Greek for .gr...) or do it manually.

This way, it will be possible to perform a search on a language only.

What do you think of that?
