Okay...maybe I was wrong
Im sorry, but i'm having problems again. I can get into the installation screen, where you list your host name, port, sock, user name, etc. After I put in the appropriate information, I get a 404 page. I've tried all of the options of either creating databases or tables or whatever. I even emailed my host and made sure my username, password and port was correct. when i looked at _connect.php, none of the values i entered for username, password or hostname were entered in. I wrote the respective values in, yet install.php wont proceed past the screen. I keep getting the 404 error. any ideas?

Blast
I figured out my problem. When I moved the PHPdig directory from one folder to another on my local comp, blasted Dreamweaver "updated" all of the links in ALL the PHP files in the php dig directory. Now all of the links for buttons and images are relative to my local computer. Thus I have to manually redo all such links. Poo. Dreamweaver users beware.
