Indexing not complete
I installed phpDig and went just fine. I went to index my site and it only indexes the root of the site. I have tried to put each subdirectory in there manually and it doesn't find any thing when it indexes the subdirectory. I check the documentation thoroughly I can't anything to help. I know my php is working correctly. I have not modified the config file. MySQL is running perfectly.

Are the pages in the subdirectories linking to your site? Remember , PhpDig only follow's links , it cannot manually find all the pages from your site, if the linking doesn't work, create a new MySQL database and then try, I had a problem where PhpDig wouldn't index a site when it was already re-indexed 5 times in the history, I re-installed in on a new database, it worked, Check and see.
