Image/Video/Podcast search engine

Hi i am looking for a mod or someone to hire to make mod to phpdig to be more what we are wanting.

Somethings we want to do
Podcast Search - at the moment we host all the xml feeds to each podcast and then users can use the search to search our MYSQL DB and view the podcast from our site. what we want to be able to do is if the spider finds a new podcast XML it is to add it to the DB.

Image Search - Straight forward just like google's image search

Video Search - This is abit different, what we want is the following
1. Thumbnail pic of the video when clicked it takes then to play the video (inside our site) it will look like the podcast section on twitoosearch.com in away.

We also need safe searching and adult search. I dont see this feature in PHPDig.
