Chmod the following to 777.
[PHPDIG_DIR]/text_content
[PHPDIG_DIR]/includes
[PHPDIG_DIR]/admin/temp
Now run http://www.domain.com/[PHPDIG_DIR]/admin/install.php from your browser.
