New authentication script

Hi all!

There has been problems with authentication at least with IIS so here is new script based on sessions. This also includes expiry timer which you can set (default 60min). I haven't tested this on IIS but works on Apache.

Installation:
* unzip and enjoy!

Files:
* libs/auth.php - modified from original (you might want to backup old one first)
* libs/login.php - new one

Please post comments how it works on IIS!!!
