Spider SWF and GIF files

I want to build a spider that can get only .swf and .gif files?
Can I do that with phpdig? and what do I have to modify?
I hope someone can help me with this?

PhpDig is built for text. It doesn't fetch or store SWF or image files. There is no easy way to make PhpDig into a multi-media spider.
