PHPDIG not indexing
I have set up PHPDIG and everything appears to be running but when I try and spider a web site, it reports that zero links were found, no keywords.
The host isn't running in protected mode and so I was wondering if anybody has any idea what may be the cause of this or possibly suggest something that I could do to enable it to start to spider. So far I have had some really good support from Vinyl and I can't praise the guy enough for the great help he has offered me. But folks as anybody any ideas of what I can try to get it to spider? Wishing everyone the best Dave Andrews |
Hi. Is allow_url_fopen set to on? Are the permssions set correctly? Are you running the script from a PC or from a web account?

I'm having the same problem indexing my site http://www.kevinfreitas.net/ and do have allow_url_fopen enabled. The install looks like it created everything in the DB just fine and I believe I have the correct perms for all the files (although I don't know this for sure since the oft posted link http://www.phpdig.net/navigation.php?action=doc doesn't seem to work).
Any ideas? Thanks and take care! ~ WunderStump |
